The wali CC (carbon copy) feature allows you to add your guardian's email address so they receive a copy of your messages. This keeps your family informed and involved throughout your search — an important part of the Islamic marriage process. You can enable or disable this feature at any time from your conversation settings. Adding a wali builds trust with the other family and shows serious marriage intention.

Go to Settings, then Privacy, then Delete Account. Your profile and all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days in full accordance with GDPR regulations. Please note this action cannot be undone. If you need help with deletion, contact us at customerservice@halalzawaj.com and our team will assist you within 24 hours.

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After 48 hours, refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
